I'm Samantha Murillo

My Story

TLDR

One of my first jobs was in a primary care office. I worked directly with patients and learn complex systems.
 

In many ways, it was my first exposure to user experience: how people interact with and move through a system—and the power that has to influence how they see a business.

This interest carried me into my studies at Rutgers University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Public Health. There, I built a foundation in analyzing data, understanding behavior, and applying insights to real-world situations.

Wanting to deepen my expertise in management and business, I earned a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) at Seton Hall University, focusing on leadership, healthcare strategy, and management.

In my post-grad career, I began by managing operations and marketing for health clinics, where I saw the direct connection between administration, communication, and outcomes. From there, I moved into consulting for B2B and B2C businesses and later expanded into B2B SaaS and healthcare marketing.

Today, I bring together my background in sociology, administration, and digital marketing to help businesses grow. My approach is rooted in understanding how people think, optimizing their experience, and telling stories that resonate.

 

I believe any business can be successful if it starts with a story that:
